How much is the pick-up and drop off service?

It’s absolutely free! The complimentary pickup and delivery service is applicable for any service booking done on the app, or the website. 

By choosing ServiceMyCar, you get to skip the traffic and won’t have to wait around at garages any longer. If your car happens to be in need of recovery, it’ll come at an additional cost of £40 + VAT in and around Northwest.

What if my car is still covered under warranty?

ServiceMyCar still offers convenient benefits and savings on all your wear and tear items including batteries, brakes and tyres and on non-mechanical repairs. If you have any queries you can simply use our online chat support or call 01204 322692 to speak to one of our advisors who will be happy to assist you.

Is my car safe at the garage?

Yes. All garages part of our network are fully insured, and all our mechanics are more than qualified to work on your car.

What if the parts are not immediately available?

Your car will stay safe in our garage. However, if you need your car immediately, and it’s safe to drive, we will return it whilst waiting for the spare parts to arrive.

 

Once they arrive, we can collect your car and take it back to the same garage to complete all repair work. Alternatively, you can check with one of our advisors if a temporary replacement car can be given.

What if my car requires parts?

If your car needs any additional work that requires spare parts, our service advisors will give you a quote for the parts. The work will be carried out after getting an approval from you.

You can choose to replace the parts with original parts supplied by the vehicle manufacturer, or just use aftermarket parts. No work will be carried out on your car without your signed approval.

When will I get my car back?

ServiceMyCar provides a next day delivery for all regular service bookings. If any additional work is required, then you’ll be given an EDD.

The free pickup and delivery will be done at your desired timeslots, which means you can get your vehicle back before midnight on the following day. Our designated drivers operate 24 hours a day, so your car can be collected and delivered at any time.

How do I book?

You can book a basic, full, or major service online or on our app. The app is available on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. For any other services or repairs, contact us on 01204 322692, and we’ll endeavour to fulfil your request as per your requirements.

How do I pay for my service and any extra work carried out?

You pay for the service package online at the time of the booking. Any parts or additional work you can pay for after the work is completed and your car is ready for delivery.

What is the process after my booking?

The process is simple. On the day of your service, our agent will arrive at the collection point. He will check your car for any damage and prepare a damage report of your vehicle, which will be sent to you by SMS and e-mail. Your car is then taken to the garage and fully inspected with a comprehensive health check.

 

If any issues are found during the service, we will source the parts and give you a quote for them, and any labour work during repairs. Our advisor will contact you to obtain your approval for any vehicle repairs. If you accept, we will carry out the service and additional repairs, and if you decline, only the service will be conducted.

 

Once payment has been received, your car will be delivered to you along with a comprehensive delivery report. You can check the report to see if any additional damages are on your car. All our invoices, inspection reports, delivery reports, and parts requests are sent digitally to your phone via SMS, e-mail, or on the app.

Are parts included in my service?

Parts are not included in the service packages online. We will supply you with OEM, aftermarket, and genuine parts at trade prices, or you can provide your own parts. We give you the freedom of choosing your own parts.

 

The service prices listed online cover labour costs only. At the time of booking, you will have two options: supply my own parts or buy parts from ServiceMyCar. Our advisor will always call you with prices for parts and labour if we find any issues with your vehicle. Additional work will only be performed after your approval.

Who services my car?

We have a network of garages all over the Northwest. All our garages are vetted, checked, qualified, and insured to work on your vehicle. We personally visit every garage regularly to ensure your car is in the best hands. This is why we offer a 12 month or 10,000 miles parts and labour warranty on any work we do. (T&C`s apply)
